Mr. Lovell joined BoldPointe Partners in 2022 as the head of our new business development team responsible for targeting and originating prospective lower middle market strategic M&A transactions and leading the due diligence team.

​

Prior to joining BoldPointe Partners, Jeffrey was a Senior Director in the Global Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman Wakefield for 14 years. This group was the #1 ranked brokerage team in the country. Recognized by Real Estate Forum and The Wall Street Journal as annual market leaders in tenant representation with leading market share in the financial services sector.

He was solely responsible for initiating first time introductions to over 400+ new and prospective clients and closed over 500,000 square feet of transactions with an aggregate value of $350 million from 2015 to 2022.  He targeted managing partners of alternative investment firms with $500M+ AUM securing 25+ firms occupying 250,000 square feet with an aggregate value of over $150 million from 2016 to 2022.
